Jason AldeanHe back, and as stove-headed as ever. Jason Aldean – “My Kinda Party” Jason Aldean performs his hit song “My Kinda Party” to kick off the Opry’s 87th Birthday Celebration. The song comes from Aldean’s 2010 album My Kinda Party, and peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard country charts.

Aldean is currently in the final stretch of his Ride All Night Tour , which wraps up October 11th. In December, he’ll bring the tour to Las Vegas for a mini-residency called Ride All Night Vegas, set for December 6th through 8th at Park MGM’s Park Theater.

There’s no evolution in Aldean music. It’s rehash sound and We Back might as well have been a rejected cut from any of the past 4 albums. The one time he did change (I won’t say evolve) is the album with the extra electric beats and elements to it that are more offensive than We Back, Lights Go On etc (we just burning it down anyone?). I used to really like Aldeans stuff too, but he’s just gone sideways for soooooo long.

His sound has been described as an unlikely mix of country, grunge, hip-hop and R&B, and he cites Kurt Cobain, Johnny Cash, 50 Cent and Kanye West as musical influences. Perhaps it’s that kind of genre defiance that explains the rapid rise of POST MALONE, who takes the stage Sunday at Little Caesars Arena. Since landing on the music-biz radar in 2015 with debut single White Iverson,” the New York-born, Texas-raised performer has racked up some impressive numbers and released three albums. The latest, Hollywood’s Bleeding,” arrived earlier this month and is sitting atop the charts.

Jason Aldine Williams was born in Macon, Georgia , 2 4 on February 28, 1977. His parents separated when he was three. He was raised by his mother in Macon, and during the summer he would spend time with his father in Homestead, Florida Before his father went to his work, he would map out guitar chords on notebook paper to show his son where to place his fingers to play the chords and Jason would sit and practice all day while his dad was at work. When his dad got home, he got out his own guitar and they played together. Soon he could play a song after hearing it only a few times. His early favorites included George Strait ‘s ” The Cowboy Rides Away “, Hank Williams Jr. ‘s “The Blues Man”, and Alabama ‘s ” My Home’s in Alabama “.

He’s also quick to point out – and take blame – for the fact that his career path hasn’t been smooth. Choices he made in his personal life sometimes flung his name into headlines he’d rather forget. And when he was on stage during the Las Vegas shooting in 2017 that left 58 people dead, his life changed again. Aldean will never forget what happened that night, but he forged ahead to play shows and make new music for country fans.

As a dominant force on the charts, Aldean has scored 23 No. Ones at radio and is the only Country act in history to top the all-genre Billboard 200 four times, while racking up 15 billion streams and more than 18 million albums sold along the way.

Backed by a five-piece band, Aldean delivered exactly that, packing two dozen songs, most of them bearing a considerable sonic wallop, into his 95-minute performance.

Jason’s first child with Brittany was born just eight weeks after the traumatic shooting that killed 58 and injured nearly 500 at his concert in Las Vegas Memphis Aldean arrived a week early on December 1, 2017 after a whirlwind of a year for the couple.

Aldean was onstage when the gunman started shooting with high-powered weapons at the fans from hotel room window across the street from the outdoor Route 91 Harvest Festival. That night in October, 59 people were killed and hundreds more injured in what has become the nation’s deadliest mass shooting in modern history.

Before a concert in Hershey, Pa., Aldean bristled at the “bro-country” label and denied to Penn Live that his songs are all about “trucks and girls and beer,” but a look through his lyrics say otherwise.

This is what I can’t understand. He is one of the top mainstream artists. There are some great songwriters in Nashville that I’m sure would love to have a cut on his album. This is the best he could come up with? I just don’t get it.

Co-written by Big & Rich , “Amarillo Sky” was originally recorded for Rich in 2001. Aldean covered the song on his self-titled debut album in 2005. The singer earned nominations for two Academy of Country Music Awards for Video of the Year and Song of the Year.

Jason Aldean performs great and has a lot of energy making it a super fun concert. Lauren Alaina is so funny and sings super well. Luke Combs has a great voice.

Another single from Wide Open, “She’s Country” became Aldean’s second number one hit on the charts. It’s been certified 2x platinum and is still one of the singer’s most beloved songs.

On Better At Being Who I Am” Aldean lends a nuanced, knowing delivery to the breakup tale. I think this might be the most well-written song that I’ve ever recorded,” says the singer.

Jason Aldean is back and at it in the new music video for his fiery new single We Back”. The first person Jason Aldean played his new song, “You Make It Easy,” for? His wife, Brittany Aldean.

To date, Brown’s self-titled album has notched five weeks at #1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums (including three consecutive charts in January 2018), tying Chris Stapleton‘s Traveller for the most weeks at #1 for an artist’s debut album (for the period commencing with Brown’s December 2016 debut).

Jason Aldean has some good songs. That Drowns The Whiskey” duet with Miranda Lambert a while back wasn’t half bad, and when he gets into material about dying farm towns and the like, it can be pretty interesting. You also hoped that maybe he would look to join the movement to more country-sounding material that many of the mainstream guys are making, or that maybe the experience at the Route 91 Harvest Festival massacre may turn him more introspective. But no dice, at least not in this song. He’s just kind of a shallow dude, and We Back” underscores this yet again.

After almost 15 years at the top of his format, three-time ACM “Entertainer of the Year” Jason Aldean has seen trends come and go. He’s helped bring a few out of the shadows, like a Country-music Columbus making the mainstream’s first contact with hard rock (“Hicktown”), hip-hop (“Dirt Road Anthem”) and R&B (“Burnin’ It Down”).

Jason Aldean can be seen in concert throughout North America during his 2019 Ride All Night Tour. Catch him playing in venues such as the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, the PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte, North Carolina, the KeyBank Pavilion in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, the Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center in Canandaigua, New York, and many more. He is also performing at the Prairie Winds Park in Calgary, Canada.

The last single from Wide Open, “Crazy Town” really epitomizes a classic Aldean song. The country rock song sings about how crazy the Nashville music scene is and ultimately peaked at number 2 on the country charts.

Seems to me Aldean puts in the bare minimal amount of effort into his career at this point. He doesn’t write any of his own songs. He gets songs pitched to him and he’s like – This one will work”. He only cut Drowns the Whiskey because he wanted a song with Miranda and she refused to appear on the original song he sent her. So that required a bit of effort on his part to find a more country song. It’s too bad really because his early stuff is quite good.

well said you hit the nail on the head. I had to turn the thing off before finishing this sentence. What a disgrace to country music. In 2019, Jason Aldean’s concert schedule includes a set from fellow country stars Kane Brown and Carly Pearce.
